osing weight is a challenge by anyone’s standards, but to lose belly fat in the process of shedding all the unwanted pounds is tougher than most people think. Belly fat is not partial to its victims; it is an equal opportunity wrecker of waistlines, but women more than men seem to struggle with it; particularly the lower area in the belly and curiously crunches and sit ups are never enough to shed the fat and reveal a toned belly.
The issue of stubborn belly fat unites overweight and smaller figured people alike, since it is not only the former that struggle with belly fat but the latter also find themselves generally without an obscene amount of fat on their bodies but with stubborn belly fat. Yet be that as it may this hasn’t helped with the conception of a solution to losing belly fat that can eliminate this resilient beast once and for all. Instead, personal trainers and those who have managed to rid themselves of this scourge unanimously advise that working harder on exercises specifically targeting the belly area will do the trick.
But what does working harder mean or even look like? Does it mean spending more time of one’s overall workout time on abdominal exercises in order to lose belly fat? Or does it mean adding more workout time in addition to the amount already being spent on losing weight and getting into shape? Whatever the end result of working harder, one thing is for sure all the working out will amount to nought if one doesn’t cut out the eating and drinking habits that gave rise to this problem to begin with.
