W hen a driver loses control of the vehicle, the grip on truck tires becomes an important feature, one that could mean the difference between a road accident and stopping in time to prevent one. And with trucks being susceptible to causing road accidents on an epic scale given how big they are, it’s even more imperative for these vehicles to be fitted with tires that have better grip on the road.   Commercial trucks pose such a threat on the road owing their sheer size alone, but also, because there’s cargo on board the truck which makes the potential for damage even more likely. Although the causes of road accidents cannot be pinned down exclusively to tire condition, there is much to be said about truck tires whose grip is not firm enough to ensure that the vehicle itself is not thrown out of balance and thus causing a collision of some sort.   As such it would be well advised that trucks be fitted with truck tires that have much stronger grip on the road, for this may be the feature that means the difference between a truck that stays firmly planted on the road or one that veers off the road and potentially colliding with others vehicles on the road.
