Easy Banana Bread Recipe

  • 2 cups white flour
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 bananas (very ripe preferred)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (table sugar)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take out a large bowl and a medium bowl to begin prepping the batter. In the medium bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Then, take the large bowl and add the eggs and sugar. Add the eggs first and make sure you don't drop shells in. After these two are evenly mixed, mash the bananas in a small bowl and then pour them in. Then add in the cinnamon, vanilla, and the oil. Once evenly mixed, begin mixing in the white powder mixture 1/3 at a time. Once it's evenly mixed, add it to a loaf pan. Bake this mixture for one hour. Stick a butter knife in the center to see if it's done. If it comes out gooey, add an extra 10 minutes. Banana Bread is one of America's most delicious treats.
