A
n office for rent is quite similar in many ways to a house or apartment for rent in the sense that these all need to be inspected before the lease agreement is signed. This is because even though the two properties are different classes of property, they still follow the same property rules in terms of the procedure when buying and renting a property.
One does not imagine that properties that are used for commercial space such as office space could potentially be breeding grounds for all manner of deterioration from insect infestations to attachments that are ready to collapse, to mention only a few. And these are just the ones that are visible to the naked eye, for there are other defaults that an office for rent may be hiding only to be seen once the property has been rented. It is for this reason that it’s been to have office space for rent thoroughly inspected before the rental agreement is signed.
There is always the option of throwing caution to the wind and signing a rental agreement without properly inspecting office space for rent. This would be a much more costly exercise because if there are defaults founds after he fact, the cost for repairs will be on the new occupant.
