There are hundreds of recipes online whether you’re planning a night for the whole family or if this is a drinking-age+ event! Get interactive with some fun-for-the-whole-family games. Pin the spider on the web is great if you’re entertaining some little ones (but to be honest, most adults would get behind this too!) Create a haunted-house vibe by replacing your regular light bulbs with red, green or blue lights. This will create an eerie vibe with minimal cost and great effect! Don’t have time to personally carve a bunch of pumpkins for the event? Try painting them instead! You can pick up cheap paints at your local hardware store and pumpkins in a range of sizes form your supermarket or corner store. If you’re looking for some slightly fancier or more subtle options, try going with a pumpkin theme, elevated! A chocolate layer cake with pumpkin icing will always go down a treat. Set up a build-your-own cocktail station complete with Halloween coloured liquors and mixers. You can even freeze plastic spiders and other creepy-crawlies for greater effect!
