By this I mean you keep away all items you don’t need on an everyday basis. It is to help you keep your house organized once you put it out on the market. You can’t afford to have all your closets filled out when potential buyers start coming to view.

A professional stager is responsible for highlighting your home’s strengths as well as flows, from a buyer’s perspective. He/she will take photographs that will further positively market your
home and attract buyers.

Market the home yourself through social media and online auction sites. Before doing this ensure your
