The Dubrow Diet is one of the most fascinating new diets in the world of health and fitness. We’ve all heard of the Ketogenic diet and the Paleo diet, but what makes Dubrow different? After all, this diet shows that one can lose weight and increase energy just like other diets.

What is the Dubrow Diet?

Despite the name, this diet doesn’t tell you what to eat. It tells you when to eat! Even better, you have a much larger food variety compared to the Keto diet. However, many people recommend sticking to a diet that has lean meat, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats while keeping sugar and fast food to a minimum.

How Does It Work?

The Dubrow Diet works just like time-restricted eating. For example, if you eat your first meal of the day at 8:00 AM, you have to stop eating at either 4:00 PM, 6:00 PM, or 8:00 PM. Depending on the version of the diet you do, you’ll eat all of your meals within an 8 hour period, 10 hour period, or 12 hour period. The shorter your eating periods, the more fat you lose!

How To Get Started

In order to get started with this fascinating new diet, the creators recommend you start with an 8 hour eating window for the first two weeks. This means that you stop eating 8 hours after you eat your first meal. Water is the only thing you can have outside this feeding window! After the first two weeks, see if this works for you or if you’d like to add an additional two to four hours.

Overall, the Dubrow Diet is an exciting new diet plan that is easy to stick too! If you’ve had trouble losing weight, give this one a try and see if it works for you!
