Everything you need to know about Toyota’s 2018 lineup

Toyota doesn’t need any introduction, so let’s cut to the chase and find out everything you need to know about their lineup for 2017-18.

Toyota Highlander

The 3.5-liter V-6 churning 295 hp Toyota Higlander comes with 8 speed automatic in the highest model. You can also enjoy the powerful AWD version of the midsize SUV in the hybrid model. The average mpg is around 24 and it can accommodate eight.

The base price is around $30,500.

Toyota 4Runner

The crossover between SUV and pickup truck worked out well in the Toyota 4Runner. The 4.0-liter V-6 generates 270 hp rendering super off road capabilities. The 5 speed transmission feels a bit old but doesn’t lack the punch.

With stunning looks, the price starts at $35,200.

Toyota Tundra

You can admire the looks of this pickup, but the performance is not equally satisfying. Coming with highest capacity of 5.7-liter V-8, it can tow a 10,500 pounds load. The 6 speed automatic transmission though is smooth and precise.

The Tundra can be yours at $31,400.

Toyota Avalon

Cruising has got a new meaning with the 3.5-liter V-6 trendy and stylish Avalon. The performance and looks are beyond best in class while the plush interiors also need mentioning.

Competitors are feeling the heat with the Avalon starting at $34,300.

Toyota C-HR

Winning in the looks and safety department, the low riding crossover comes with a 2.0-liter inline-four engine. Safety features include warnings for pedestrians, lane changes, forward collision with automatic emergency braking, high beam and so on.

You can get the C-HR for $23,500.

It was difficult to decide which cars to focus on to bring you everything you need to know about Toyota’s 2018 lineup but we feel that these best reflect the triumphs of Toyota’s engineering.
